Connecting Conversations: Trust and Distraction: Addressing ADHD Patterns in Intimate Relationships

Led by Lana Emelyanov, LICSW

ADHD patterns can quietly undermine connection in intimate relationships—contributing to disconnection, missed repairs, repeated disappointments, and damaged trust. In this Connecting Conversation, we will explore how EFT therapists can recognize ADHD-related patterns and help clients see them as part of the negative cycle.

Most importantly, we will explore how to help couples move from blame and criticism toward a shared understanding and a common goal: creating a more meaningful and secure connection.
