Join us for an in-person two-day Hold Me Tight® retreat for couples in Barnstable, Cape Cod, on May 2-3, 2026. This interactive relationship program is designed for couples and dating partners who want to strengthen their relationship, deepen emotional connection and intimacy, and learn practical relational techniques to communicate effectively. The small group format, limited to six couples, provides a unique opportunity for reflection, connection, and support.

The retreat is led by Lana Emelyanov, MSW, LICSW, a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist with extensive experience as a group facilitator and couples’ counselor.
