Every EFT Massachusetts therapist listed below is licensed and has received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. 

Therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) are categorized into five levels: Basic EFCT Training by completing the Externship, Advanced EFCT Training by completing Core Skills, Certified EFCT Therapist by demonstrating competency in using the model with couples to the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), EFCT Supervisor-in-Training, and Certified EFCT Supervisor by demonstrating competency in supervising therapists learning the model to ICEEFT.

Therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) are categorized into five levels: Basic EFIT Training by completing Level 1, Advanced EFIT Training by completing Level 2, Certified EFIT Therapist by demonstrating competency in using the model with individuals to ICEEFT, EFIT Supervisor-in-Training, and Certified EFIT Supervisor by demonstrating competency in supervising therapists learning the model to ICEEFT.

Therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) are categorized into five levels: Basic EFFT Training by completing Level 1, Advanced EFFT Training by completing Level 2, Certified EFFT Therapist by demonstrating competency in using the model with families to ICEEFT, EFFT Supervisor-in-Training, and Certified EFFT Supervisor by demonstrating competency in supervising therapists learning the model to ICEEFT.
